FAQ
What is Oreno?
An agentic investment platform for tokenized US stocks and ETFs on Robinhood Chain. You can discover, build, backtest and paper trade strategies, and ask an agent to draft them.
Do I need a wallet to look around?
No. Strategies and Markets are public. Signing in to the app creates a wallet for you.
Does Oreno hold my funds?
No. Your Oreno wallet is non-custodial; the key is split between your device and Privy. See Account & wallet.
Can the agent trade for me?
No. It can only propose strategies. Live execution isn't enabled yet, and when it is, every transaction will need your approval.
Which assets can I use?
The Robinhood Chain stock tokens that have a Chainlink price feed — 33 at the time of writing. See Markets.
How far back do backtests go?
To 2026-06-23, when the price feeds started reporting valid prices. See Prices & data.
Are backtested returns real?
No. Backtests and paper runs are simulations. Oreno labels them and never mixes them with each other or with live results.
Why might a token's price on an exchange differ from Oreno's?
Oreno uses the Chainlink reference price. Tokens trade 24/7 and can drift from it, especially on weekends. See Robinhood Chain & stock tokens.
What are the default risk limits?
25% per position, $10,000 starting amount, $1,000 a month in recurring deposits, and 1% max price deviation. Change them in Settings.
Is there an Oreno token?
$ORENO is planned but not launched, and the contract address is to be announced. You'll never need it to use Oreno. See $ORENO token.
