Security & disclosures
Your keys
- Your Oreno wallet is non-custodial. Privy splits the key between your device and Privy; Oreno never holds it.
- Oreno never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
- You can export your key at any time from Settings. Only you see it.
The agent
- The agent has one tool — proposing a strategy. It can't read your keys, sign, or move funds.
- Every proposal passes the deterministic policy engine with your limits.
- Proposals and policy results are written to an audit log.
- Live on-chain execution isn't enabled yet. When it is, every transaction will need your explicit approval in your wallet.
Data and secrets
- Sign-in tokens are verified on Oreno's servers against Privy's published keys.
- Private infrastructure, such as RPC access and the AI provider key, stays on the server and never reaches the browser.
- Public pages and APIs show display names only — no account IDs or wallet addresses.
Disclosures
Please read
Oreno is software for researching, simulating and managing investment strategies. It is not investment advice, and it does not promise returns.
- Hypothetical results. Backtested and paper results are simulations based on assumptions that may not hold. They don't represent actual trading.
- Stock token risks. Stock tokens give economic exposure, not shareholder rights. Risks include private-key loss, liquidity limits, price divergence from the underlying — especially outside US market hours — and evolving regulation.
- Availability. Stock tokens aren't offered in some jurisdictions, including the US, Canada, the UK and Switzerland. Eligibility depends on the issuer and where you live.
