Public strategies
Every strategy published on Oreno appears on the public dashboard at useoreno.com/strategies — no sign-in needed — with its rules, its backtest and a forward track record.
Two kinds of results, never mixed
| Label | What it is |
|---|---|
| Forward · paper, since [date] | The strategy simulated forward from the first daily close after it was published. See Forward tracking. |
| Backtested · [period] | The strategy simulated on history before publication. See Backtesting. |
Both are hypothetical — neither is actual trading. They're shown in separate columns and charts and never combined into one number. Until a forward track has at least two days, it shows "Tracking since …" instead of a return.
What the dashboard shows
- Totals: public strategies, strategy-days tracked, saves, copies into Studio, and active paper runs.
- A sortable leaderboard by forward return, backtested return, drawdown, saves, copies or date.
- A page per strategy with both charts, allocation, rules, usage, and earlier versions' tracks.
Owners appear by display name only. No account IDs or wallet addresses are shown.
Publishing yours
From a strategy page in Studio, choose Publish to Discover. It appears on the dashboard and in the app's Discover tab, and its forward track starts at the next daily close. Making it private again, or saving a new version, ends that track; a new version gets a fresh one.
Example strategies
Strategies by Oreno examples are templates that show each strategy type. They are not recommendations. Their backtests are refreshed when new closes arrive, using the same engine and data as everyone else's.
